If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please note that heavy orders may exceed any previously quoted freight cost. If this happens, we will get in touch to agree the increased charge before dispatching your order.
Returns:
We offer a 14 DAY RETURNS POLICY. Please send us an email at giftshop.micas@micas.art with your order number and reason for return.
All goods will be inspected upon return.
We will refund any items purchased from us provided that the items are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Customers are required to pay for return shipping and the goods remain the customers responsibility until they reach us. We recommend you use a tracked postage service with insurance and ship back in the original packaging and box.
We cannot be held responsible for returned items that arrive broken or do not reach us.
MICAS GIFT SHOP reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return requirements.
We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged upon return.
We will refund the price you paid less any shipping and handling fees for your item back to your original payment method.
We will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
